The SMARTROOF® has a uniquely designed louver that provides complete overlap with no possibility of rain penetration. Tests show that high pressure water could not penetrate the joints between the louvers.

Material :

  • SMARTROOF® comprise of heavy duty solid extruded Aluminium alloy louvers in 6106 – T6 grade.
  • Patented aerofoil louver design
  • Motor pivot pins in solid 316 stainless steel with nylon bush
  • Free end & Control pins in solid 6061-T6 grade aluminum alloy with nylon bush
  • Support track and Lock angles in solid extruded aluminium alloy 6060 – T5 grade
  • SMARTROOF® is greatly corrosion free.

Louvers Rotation :

  • Louvers rotate on its axis, from 0 to almost 180 degrees.

Control Operation :

  • 12 Volts DC motor operated by rocker/toggle switch to ensure max. safety. Remote control option available at extra cost .

Frame Work :

Made of MS hollow rectangular pipe ( 200mm x 60mm x 3.0mm ) with two coat of red oxide and two coat of enamel paint in off white colour.
